Stephanie Frisch, PhD, RN, CEN is the Director of Client Success and Clinical Transformation at Vital. She completed her postdoc at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in the Department of Biomedical Informatics focusing on using data analytics, data science and technology to detect time sensitive diagnoses to improve patient outcomes. Stephanie has over 16 years of diverse clinical experience in pre-hospital, emergency department, and inpatient settings where she has held multiple nursing leadership positions. Her background in assessing and implementing hospital service recovery, improving patient experience and understanding the importance of technology to facilitate patient care is the ideal combination to take service excellence and patient experience in health care to the next level using the Vital platform.
